AV-Technician (m/f/d) Conference Room Solutions

Your responsibilities:

Transport, configure, and install media equipment and audiovisual support tools, including speakers, monitors, cameras, and equipment racks.
Install electrical wiring and perform basic construction tasks according to blueprints and schedules.
Perform video, audio, and signal testing, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Resolve equipment issues and ensure flawless installations that meet client standards.
Safely dismantle equipment, cabling, and auxiliary tools after project completion.
Manage inventory of equipment, cables, and accessories.
Perform cleaning, maintenance, or minor repairs of AV equipment.
Prepare and submit expense reports to management.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers on international projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the AV industry (conference room integration preferred).
Experience in AV installations and practical knowledge of recording and lighting techniques.
Excellent computer skills and problem-solving abilities.
Vocational training in Audio-Visual Technology or related field (technical education is a plus).
Very good Polish language skills and communicative level of English.
Creativity, attention to detail, and flexibility.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Willingness and availability for frequent business travel.
Drivers license.
Ideally a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiovisual Technology or related field (nice to have).

Dein Tätigkeitsfeld bei uns:

Transport, Konfiguration und Installation von Medientechnik und audiovisuellen Systemen (Lautsprecher, Monitore, Kameras, Equipment-Racks)
Verlegen von Kabeln und Durchführung einfacher handwerklicher Arbeiten nach Bauplänen und Zeitplänen
Durchführung von Video-, Audio- und Signaltests, Fehlerbehebung bei Störungen
Sicherstellen von makellosen Installationen nach Kundenvorgaben
Demontage von Geräten, Kabeln und Zubehör nach Projektabschluss
Reinigung, Wartung und kleinere Reparaturen von AV-Geräten
Spesenabrechnungen erstellen und einreichen
Zusammenarbeit mit Ingenieuren und Projektleitern an internationalen Projekten

Du bringst mit:

Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der AV-Branche (Konferenzraumbau bevorzugt)
Erfahrung in AV-Installationen sowie Kenntnisse in Aufnahme- und Lichttechnik
Sehr gute Polnischkenntnisse und kommunikatives Englisch
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Medientechnik oder verwandtem Fachgebiet (technische Weiterbildung von Vorteil)
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Kundenservice- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
Führerschein Klasse B
Wünschenswert: Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Medientechnik oder ähnlichen Studiengängen
